“Fallyn Page, Director of Operations at The Day Spa @ Folawns, says they're protecting service providers and guests during services. 'All of our service providers are wearing masks, they have gloves on, as always, and they also have full face shields,' Page said. But the safety protocols don't stop there, they've included the guests in the process as well. 'Everybody is screened before entering the building, so they have to answer a questionnaire; if they’ve had any symptoms, if they have had contact with anybody, or if they've been asked to quarantine in the last 14 days,' Page said.”
“Through our Wags 4 Water event, we support our team’s love for animals and Earth Month. This pet-friendly fun run/walk takes place on a trail that represents what an average person in a third-world country has to walk to get to clean water.”

At the Day Spa at Folawn’s in San Antonio, Texas, owners and managers also ask technicians to list any products they are “hot” on currently. Popular products change weekly, so the “hot board,” along with a report from software, helps owners know when to increase an order so there’s plenty of product to sell.
“One of the four large philanthropic events we participate in every year is the My Princess and Me event, which benefits victims of child abuse and neglect. It takes 100 hairdressing volunteers and 35 makeup artists. We spend weeks recruiting from several schools and salons to touch the lives of the 650 attendees, who show up for a day of makeovers, photos and a big ball filled with dancing and singing.”
