Hi, I’m Candis, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of this incredible team at Folawns. 🌟 My journey in healthcare started over two decades ago in nursing, where I’ve had the privilege of delivering joy and providing compassionate care in women’s health.
Over the years, I’ve explored various facets of nursing, but aesthetics is where I found my true passion. As a Nurse Practitioner and master aesthetic injector, I’ve helped countless individuals feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. 💉✨
From neurotoxins and fillers to IV therapy and laser facials, my goal is to provide personalized, top-notch care to every client. Recently, I’ve helped launch the weight loss program at Folawns, and it has been a huge success! Many patients have hit their goal weight, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see their transformations. I even did the program myself and saw fantastic results firsthand!
What sets our weight loss program apart is our comprehensive approach. We provide weekly check-ins, in-depth diet plans, and the right supplement recommendations, going above and beyond to support you throughout your journey. 🌱💪

Hi, I’m Terry Folawn, Chief Visionary Officer and co-founder of Folawns Medical Spa & Salon. After earning my cosmetology degree on the East Coast, I married my husband Ken in 1992, and together we combined my passion for beauty with his financial expertise to open Folawns in Texas in 1994. Over the years, we’ve expanded multiple times and proudly introduced our Rogers Ranch location in 2017, where Folawns Medical Spa & Salon was born. Our mission has always been to create a company rooted in trust—for our staff, guests, and patients alike.
Building this business with Ken has been a dream, and it became even more special when our daughter Hailee joined the team in 2015. After more than 30 years in the industry, I’m still as passionate as ever about serving the San Antonio community and excited for the future of Folawns.

Hi, I’m Ken Folawn, Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Folawns Medical Spa & Salon. Originally from the West Coast, I moved to Texas, where I met and married my wife, Terry, in 1992. With her expertise in cosmetology and my background in finance, we opened the doors to Folawns in 1994, blending our strengths to build a business rooted in passion and trust.
For more than 30 years, I’ve focused on ensuring the financial growth and stability of our company, always keeping our mission to serve staff, guests, and patients at the core of what we do.
It’s been an incredible journey to work alongside Terry and watch our daughter Hailee join the team in 2015, and I’m excited for what the future holds as we continue to serve the San Antonio community for generations to come.

I first joined the Folawns team back in high school, and now, 10 years later, I’m still as passionate as ever about what we do. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2019 with a degree in Business Management with a focus in Hospitality and Marketing, I knew I wanted to continue contributing to our family business. I’m so grateful to work with such an amazing team every day, and I can’t wait to keep growing and sharing this journey with all of you!

My journey began with Aveda and Estée Lauder, where I had the privilege of managing two Aveda retail stores in San Antonio for an incredible 18 years. During this time, I participated in numerous leadership courses and seminars, which provided me with invaluable skills and insights.
In 2016, I joined the management team at Folawns, a company that truly aligns with my values and goals. Hi, I’m Alex Vargas. My journey here started at the front desk, and over the past 3 years, I’ve worked my way up to this role as the Inventory specialist. I ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our team can focus on delivering the best possible experience to our clients.
Before Folawns, I gained luxury customer service experience at Louis Vuitton and also worked as a Visual Merchandiser for Zara.
