As we all deal with preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know what steps we are taking to make sure our salon & spa is a safe and healthy place. First and for most, as licensed professionals, not only is a large portion of our formal education in sanitation, but we will continue to keep up with our usual high standards for cleanliness in compliance

with local and federal laws.

ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS

Important Information

  1. When you enter the building PLEASE WEAR A MASK at all times unless told otherwise. If you do not have a mask we are selling masks for $6 at the entrance.

  2. Be prepared to have your TEMPERATURE TAKEN, as well as ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS before you enter.

  3. When you do enter we ask that you either WASH YOUR HANDS AND/OR USE THE HAND SANITIZER that we will provide.

We are taking recommendations from the CDC in implementing the following protocols:

 

  • We will be making our beverages available to guests with a self-service option & disposable cups.

  • We will continue to use paper towels to prevent the spreading of germs.

  • We will continue to clean all surfaces in the salon & spa after every guest service, and every 30 minutes throughout the common areas.

  • We require our team to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds between guests. If hand washing is not available, they must use a hand sanitizer that is 60-95% alcohol-based.

  • Salon capes and smocks are laundered after every use, as usual.
  • Spa robes, sheets, and towels are laundered after every guest, as usual.

  • All hair and nail stations will be separated at least 6 feet apart, or will have dividers separating them.

  • We request that both guests and team members stay home if they are feeling ill.

  • If a team member comes in with a fever or is feeling ill, they must return with a negative COVID-19 test result before returning to work.

  • We ask that anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms not enter the salon and call to reschedule your appointment for a later date.  (See current CDC recommendation for days of quarantine prior to returning for services.)
