Our most popular massage and a guest favorite. This 75-minute fusion massage blends the flowing, relaxing strokes of Swedish massage with the deeper, therapeutic pressure of deep tissue work to release tension and restore balance.

Includes:

  • Luxurious detox foot bath

  • 75-minute Swedish + Deep Tissue fusion massage

  • Warm neck pillow

  • Aromatherapy

  • Hot aroma-infused steam towels on back, neck, and feet

  • Cooling mint scalp treatment

Chakra™ Balancing Massage

An innovative, mind-body treatment focused on restoring balance through the body’s chakra centers. This experience combines massage therapy, reflexology, guided meditation, and Aveda Chakra™ Balancing Blends to promote relaxation,

energy flow, and emotional well-being.

Prenatal Massage

Cupping Therapy (Add-On or Standalone)

What to Expect During Your Massage

We want you to feel relaxed and confident from the moment you arrive.

Before Your Session

We ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake forms and change into a spa robe. This allows your therapist to fully understand your needs and customize your experience.

 

During Your Massage

Your therapist will check in about pressure, comfort, and focus areas throughout your session. Techniques may range from light and flowing to deeper, more therapeutic pressure — always guided by your preferences.

Aromatherapy, warmth, and calming elements are incorporated to help your body fully relax.

Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.

After Your Massage

Many guests feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more at ease after their session. You may also notice improved mobility, reduced tension, and better sleep.

We recommend staying hydrated and taking it easy for the rest of the day to maximize your results.
