We start with a comprehensive health evaluation and required labs to ensure the program is safe and tailored

for you.

During your visit, we review your labs, discuss your lifestyle and goals, and customize a treatment plan using Semaglutide or Tirzepatide.

You’ll receive your injections (self-administered or in-office), personalized nutrition guidance, hydration support, and weekly check-ins with our team.

Most guests lose 1–3 pounds per week with steady improvements in energy, appetite control, and overall confidence.

*Before beginning your weight loss journey at Folawns Medical Spa and Salon, we require current lab work to ensure a personalized and effective plan tailored to your needs. Please complete the following tests at your nearest LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics:

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

  • Hemoglobin A1C (A1C)

  • (Optional but Recommended) Thyroid Function Panel and Complete Blood Count (CBC)

 

Once you have your lab results, email them directly to our Nurse Practitioner, Candis, at info@folawns.com. After reviewing

your results, you can schedule a consultation with any of our nurses to discuss your weight loss program. Following clearance from our NP, you can purchase your first month’s weight loss shot.

 

To begin the program, you’ll need to pay the monthly fee and commit to monthly check-ins.

Hydration

Drink 60–80 ounces of water daily to prevent adverse side effects.
(Any water you drink during workouts does not count—your body is only replacing what you’ve lost.)

Nutrition & Protein Intake

Focus your meals around protein, vegetables, and fruit.
Most guests feel best when they prioritize protein.

 

Recommended protein intake:
2 grams per kilogram of body weight

 

How to calculate:

  1. Divide your weight in pounds by 2.2

  2. Multiply that number by 2

 

Example:
140 lbs ÷ 2.2 = 63.6 kg
63.6 × 2 = 127.3 grams of protein per day

Foods to Avoid While Taking GLP-1 Medications

To reduce side effects and support steady progress, avoid:

  • White flour

  • White rice
